CranioSacral Wisdom - Class 1 & 2
4 days | $597
June 13, 2026, 9:00 AM
Are you ready to experience the light touch technique of CranioSacral Therapy? CranioSacral Therapy, or CST, is a non-invasive technique that directly connects to the Central Nervous System and the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself when given the opportunity and possibility. It can release tension, pain, and dysfunction deep in the body where long-lasting effects of past trauma may have gone unnoticed, yet still influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Besides physical changes, CST can affect and release emotions buried in the muscles. You will learn the history of CST and the anatomy of the CST system, including the relationship between fascia and diaphragms. You will receive information about grounding, centering, and becoming more present which is very important when working with this system. Much of the course is a hands-on opportunity to connect with the CranioSacral System at different areas of the body using a very light touch to evaluate and release restrictions in the body. Space is limited so register now. See you soon!

This class, "Resolving Hip and Lumbar issues with MFR," is led by Mark Duval, LMT, a bodyworker with 35 years of experience using applied Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques to resolve chronic pain issues. The training is intended for currently practicing Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who have completed at least a basic MFR course. The course aims to provide LMTs with the skills to address chronic pain, restore function and alignment, and "recession-proof" their practice by getting referrals from various medical professionals. The class focuses on assessment and evaluation skills, including visual assessment of alignment, palpation for mobility versus immobility, and functional muscle testing and range of motion (ROM).
